RSE Champions Navigation Page
Welcome to the launch of the RSE Champions training
Some points to remember
- Use the name and email address you used to register as an RSE Champion.
- Please do not share these links. They are only for registered RSE Champions.
- Sessions will be live and not recorded. I do not envisage running more training for at least 6 months, so please make the most of these sessions.
- Keep a note of the date and time for your sessions (you will be emailed before each session but it’s important you diarise these to reduce the likelihood of forgetting about them).
- Each registration page has an annoying Captcha image as a security measure. I have no control over this. It might ask you to click a fire hydrant or a cycle and then completely disregard your accurate response. After a few goes it’ll work insha Allah.
- Deadline to register: Friday 26th May.
Step 1: Start at the country page you’re from to register for either the England, Wales or Scotland specific training
Choose one of the two date options (there is only one available date for Scotland)
Once you’ve registered for country specific training, you’ll be asked to register for the next 6 sessions.
Step 2: Register for the remaining 6 sessions.

Community awareness raising is helped by public events, either in masaajid, community centres, through coffee mornings.
This session will cover the contents of the presentation used to raise awareness and provide guidance to parents on how to support parents in schools and in raising their children.
You will be asked to watch a recorded presentation before the session and then during the session we will talk through it to support you to be able to deliver it.

Parents often struggle to talk to their children about sex and relationships. It is a taboo subject which most Muslim parents shy away from.
In a hypersexualised age, it is dangerous to allow sexual messaging and the corresponding liberal values to shape our children’s values. When we choose not to speak about the issues which surround them, we are consenting to influences, people and industries shaping our children’s values around sex and relationships.
This session will talk through the 10 key factors in making conversations easier and impactful. As well as practical Islamic tools that support our children to stay true to their values.
